Ingredients:
1 cup shredded coconut (toast it)
1 cup melted chocolate
Mix and let cool for an hour
They are so so yummy!
Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and it’s the most important. Having a good breakfast gets you set for the day ahead!
Oatmeal:
Today for breakfast I had oatmeal with chia seeds, granola oats, and peanut butter. Super quick and easy to make and really good! Start your day off right and eat breakfast!
Last night Kate and I decided it was time to make a fancy dinner again, it had been years since we last did. This time the food was a little bit different no PB&J’s on the menu. Instead we made cabbage salad (moms recipe) homemade Alfredo sauce and noodles. Still not fancy but to us, it was.
