It’s totally okay to be angry. It’s the way we treat our anger, that’s important. We as humans get angry so easily, sometimes over nothing and other times there really is something to be mad about. All of us handle this feeling differently. For me I normally stay quiet and pretend I’m not mad. Others may lash out, play the silent treatment or talk behind the person’s back. How do you react to anger?

In the chapter Acts verses 3:6-10 it talks about a man named Peter and how he has nothing to provide, he can’t even walk. Jesus provided for him and made his ankles and legs strong again so he could walk again! Jesus provided for him, and he will provide for you too.
Continue reading “God will provide”In the world we live in today, so many of us grow up without a dad. We spend our whole lives wondering what we did wrong, wondering why they left. We put all of our time and energy into the person who didn’t care enough about us in the first place to even stay in our lives. They didn’t care enough to even send us a birthday card. We spend nights crying ourselves to sleep wishing “daddy” was there to tuck us in. We get jealous of all the girls going to the daddy daughter dances. We are letting someone who doesn’t care about us one bit control our lives when they aren’t even in them. All because we thirst for their love and acceptance.

A choice to be grateful for what we have or complain about what we don’t have. Most importantly we have the choice on whether or not we want to live a Jesus filled life. This is a life full of Jesus. He wants to renew everything about our lives, the way we live life, and how we treat one another. Instead of clothing yourself in all name brand clothes, clothe yourself with kindness, compassion, gentleness and patience.
“And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him” (Colossians 3:17)
I love this verse because to me it’s Jesus explaining to us the way he wants us to live our lives, and how he wants us to treat others. That anything you do give it all that you have, and do it all in the name of Jesus. For he defines why we are here and all the beauty this life holds for us. So change someone’s life and proclaim Jesus!
