As we all head into the new year this can be exciting but also overwhelming as we put many expectations of what this new year will be. Many feelings can and do come with this. I want to share these words as we go into the new year:
All feelings are valid and have reasonings BUT feelings are not truth. Because feelings change truth remains the same
The truth is:
You are valued
You are worthy
You are forgiven
You are loved
You are special
You are wanted
You are known
You are seen
Feelings, emotions change. Listen to why they are there, the meaning and purpose. See if they match truth, If they don’t, let go and focus on the truth.
Let’s go into this New Year loving and seeing ourself the way God does.
